Upsetting! and should be on our tv's every night!

Agree 100% with that. Some really graphic details there. But as long as there is drink, cars and twats who drive them while under the influence its going to happen. Hopefully someone will be more sensible after watching that.

Festool Kapex ks 120 or 88?

Well had the Festool rep come and give me a demo on the Kapex. Very nice bit of kit. The 120 and the 88 have the same spec nearly with regards to cutting. The 120 has an option to lock the slider in place, and then you can cut 120mm in a straight up and down motion. (Hope that makes sense :D )...

Festool Kapex ks 120 or 88?

Al,I was wondering the same thing with reference to the difference. So I can let you know tomorrow night,as I have the Festool rep coming to give me a demo on the 120. If it performs well, then there will be a Makita LS014 coming up for sale. Regards, Mark.

    B & Q

Wouldn't even buy it as a last resort for a job like that. As already said, get some decent redwood from a proper timber supplier and do the job once and properly. Leave the "bannana" wood for the "have a go Joe's"

    Festool Guide Rails

Roger, for what is worth,I got the 1400 rail when I bought my TS55 as part of a package deal that Axminster were doing at the time. I toyed around with the idea of getting another 1400 rail and the connecting bars, for when I cut 8x4 sheets longways. I looked into this on the FOG website,and...

I agree with Mick, I have lost count of the times I have moved and removed items in my workshop :( . Unless you have a huge shop,I think this is what happens. Mick,I used to do a lot of work in HW for my sister in law (Hughenden Road),one of the things I remember is all the hills! Not used to...
