    Door dipping gone wrong (maybe?)

Get as much glue in the joint as possible, mayve try spreading it a little to get the stuff in, Then get a rim lock. The section that lips over the door edge drill a clearance hole through the width of the stile to the rail, where if wont be seen, (probably have to angle it towards the centre...

    I did it (Charnwood W650)

Does the riving knife sit higher than the top of the blade? My sedgwick riving knife is just below cut height. It should be safe with respect to what the riving knife does as the knife will stop the blade being pinched mostly, but beware of anything being thrown up and forward including the...

Front door. Horizontal t&g boards. No visible stiles. How to

Boarded both sides? If so typical flb door but thinner clad with boards? On the edged could add a 25mm lipping, or even rebate the stiles leaving 25mm or soo full, so that the ends of the boards are protected, and the coor can be rebated, and fitted easily. I made these, and there were a bit...

    hollow chisel morticer problem

Wooden cross design would love some assistance please???

was going to post exactly the same as above. leave 60+mm in the middle full thickness on the upright, and just mitre the arms in with a flat. to secure them could have a 12mm threaded rod through the centre flat section^^ into the arms end grain with a reveal hole on the back side on each arm...

    Odd size fire doors

the 926 you could use a door blank iirc 915mm finish, and add some lippings, probably 10mm each side, so youd have to remove 10mm, but should give a crisp square edge to work with. obviously doesnt matter now.
