I have a sedgwick planer that I have mounted on castors that works a treat. I found some wedging and levering with 2 by 4s made lifting and fitting the castors fairly straightforward. Its not to bad if you can get one end up. After that it just repeating and blocking up. Owen

That is a lovely piece. I think the proportions are brill. I have just done some work in sycamore and it seems a lovely wood to work with. I just wish it was going to come out looking like yours.
