    2 Sheets Kaizen Foam

I have 2 unused sheets of 57mm Kaizen foam. Sheets are 2' x 4 ' one is still in its original box. I bought them with a job lot of tools & the foam is too thick for my toolbox, so no use to me. Cost £30 a sheet at Rutlands, so £40 the pair seems a fair price. If you want to arrange a courier...

Hi Ewan, Sorry - I missed that one, but it's yours! I have literally just sent you a PM, so please just add £5 to the total & I will annotate the original listing now.

    Books

Apologies for the delay in replying, I was working until just gone 9 this evening. I have had a look through who wants what & annotated the original listing. A few people were after the same book, so the first to ask was the one who got it. Please have a check through & make sure I haven't made...

    Books

I am thinning the book collection a bit more. All books are in very good condition. P&P via Hermes & cost will depend on how many books you want/how much the parcel weighs. PLEASE LIST ANYTHING YOU WANT AS A REPLY TO THE TOPIC, NOT VIA PM. This way everybody can see what is & isn't available...

Wealden Tool circular saw blades (vs competition)?

I’ve had a few Wealden saw blades & have always rated them highly. In my experience they last well. I have just bought a new table saw & bought my blades (20mm bore) from them. Wealden are my go to for router cutters, the easi tip replaceable insert cutters are really impressive - pricey to buy...

    Bahco ERGO Handsaw System

I would echo what Doug71 says. I have one with a variety of blades & find the handle very comfortable & the blades are really good quality , the blades are very sharp & have stayed so. As well as left & right handed handles I’m not sure if they do a small & large version too?

    Multico saw help.

Thank you for the replies. I raised the blade as high as possible but I didn’t use a blade, I used a long, thin scrap of 18mm Plywood mounted to the arbour (the arbour was clean). The ply projects further than the blade & gives a longer ‘sweep’ for the dial gauge to reference from. The problem...

    Multico saw help.

Hi, I have recently rescued a Multico NTA3 saw & am in the process of stripping, cleaning & re-commissioning it. For the price it was a no brainier. I already had a single phase motor & switch gear, so it’s now been converted & is in pieces for some deep cleaning & TLC. Having never owned a...

    Axminster Fine dust Filter

Hi Ed, I sent the dimensions via PM a couple of days ago, I think this is too large for your extractor as it's 495mm diameter & 660mm deep...

    Axminster Fine dust Filter

Hi Ed, To be totally honest I have no idea exactly what model extractor it fits, there’s nothing on the box & I don’t have the receipt any more. I think the best thing to do would be to measure your extractor & if it looks like it will fit I can take it with me on my commute to work & give it...

    Hobby Horse

I recently finished making this for my Daughter & it's somehow turned out much better than I had imagined it would. My partner knows me far too well & asked me to make this in time for Christmas, so I surprised her by actually finishing it & also within the timeframe she gave me. Prior to making...

    Axminster Fine dust Filter

I bought this for a dust extractor project I was going to build, but then a cyclone came up for sale nearby & I ended up buying that instead. It's never been used & has just sat in its box taking up space, so it's time for it to go. I live near Yeovil & commute to Blandford, so I can drop it off...

    Re-finishing a Teak bench

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I went with the Le Tonkinois in the end. Partly because I phoned for advice & actually got some, which counts for a lot in my book. Also because a few people off the forum also had good things to say about it.

    Re-finishing a Teak bench

I have been asked to re-finish a Teak bench by a colleague at work. The bench is a memorial bench, around 10 years old. I am aware that Teak is self lubricating, but this one could definitely use some help as it has dried out & the arms have began to split. They have tried to apply Teak oil, but...
