    Most extractors these days have stainless steel mesh filters to trap the grease, which you simply unclip and pop in the dishwasher to clean

    Very interesting Roger, Id never heard of him before but he was pretty much saying 200 years ago what I've been thinking for years. Its a shame the countries with the unsustainable population growths don't take it on board
