    Tracksaw compatability

Marcros At those prices, I wonder why anyone would bother messing around connecting 2 shorter rails, or even bother with festool rails at all. Anyone actually ordered any of these and can comment on the service? Mark

    Grass Seed

I'm hoping someone can advise what type of grass seed I need. We've just dug out some footings for an extension and the top soil from this I've spread under some large trees in the garden to even out the lumps and bumps and to reduce grab away fees. I'm no gardener, I'm told the soil is sandy...

Any idea what this insect is?

Naz I did have lily beetles at my old house, but I also had lilies and they were on the plants. None in my garden here or around as far as I know. Mark

Any idea what this insect is?

Bob Aren't may bugs the big things about an inch long and not as red? Or are you suggesting this may be a juvenile? Robin, all about 1cm long, none bigger, again unless we think these are juveniles? The pics on google do look like them though. Mark

Any idea what this insect is?

Found quite a few of these in a log pile, any idea what it is. It's about a cm long. Logs have been drying under a loose tarp for 18 months and the wood is hazel if that's relevant. Are they going to eat my logs? Cheers Mark

What's this piece of hardware called and where to buy?

As per the title, can anyone tell me what it's called or where to buy it. It's not a spring, it's to carry the wire to electric privacy glass in an opening window (the stuff that goes clear or opaque at the flick of a switch). Thanks in advance Mark

If your adaptors don't work you can buy the proper triton hose with the correct thread from here, which is what I did for ease. http://www.tritontools.uk.com/page59.html And here's how I fitted it to my router table (page 4)...

    Flattening a concrete garage floor

Scholar That is the sort of thing I'm looking at hiring, and yes I will hire the dust extractor. Having watched our hanger floor at work being done I wouldn't contemplate it without. Can you remember what types of head you used (diamond, carbide etc). Also did you experience any problems...

    Flattening a concrete garage floor

I tried posting this on another forum but no one there had any knowledge so I'm hoping there's a bigger audience here and someone will have experience.
