Have you had your booster *** ?

November for me. Interestingly, (IMHO), am visiting son at uni in Verona and not only do they check your vaccine record whenever you enter a building, (QR reader), you MUST wear a mask indoors and a lot of people where a mask in the streets, esp when crowded. Of the several people, (though by...

    Holding 16mm dia knob tenon

I agree with either of the suggestions and your addition of a cup shaped tail centre won't hurt. Just turn one from scrap to fit over your normal live tail centre. Lounge it with paper towel or friction mat if don't want to risk marking it.

    BBC Scaremongering again

I just this moment stuck the telly on - BBC showing an interesting and deeply saddening piece about the online misogyny and racism taking place. Bloody BBC kowtowing to the woke brigade complaining about online hate 😠

But having had an admittedly brief look at it - who writes...

    Help dividing wood

And P.S., be quick - cherry is a right b.stard for cracking if you leave pith in place, (in fact, it seems to be in lap of the gods whether any piece cracks or not)

    Help dividing wood

Nice wood! I'd try to split along any obvious fault line, then you'll get the strongest bits left intact. Could be tricky, but worth a try. If there is a crotch, try to split along the two parts, so you get two Y shaped pieces - pretty figure, esp if turning a bowl of two
