    Apply cascamite glue to one or both surfaces?

    K10 was I believe sold as an accelerator for cascamite put on one side of the joint, but a friend of old just used oxalic acid either mixed in or on the other face.

    Are you sure that that's three phase? If so then it hasn't got an earth as far as I can see. Also some new machines need a neutral wire as well so in which case you need a plug/socket with five pins in all.

    This sounds familiar, you could mark on a piece of 6 or 9mm MDF with a pair of dividers set to the right size cut out with a coping saw and file to a good fit then use this as a template for your router.Chris

    A bit of an update:- been gluing up two of these, I call them Hip rafters And then remembered I need two of these as well, the Hips. so set them out and have now glued up the first one today.

    That's the good thing about a vacuum bag press, the pressing force per square inch inch stays the same, whether you are gluing up a chess board or a table top the only difference is it will take longer to suck the air out of a larger bag.
