    If you were allowed to move the holes to the edges of the timber you could band saw them if you have a large enough band saw that is.

    To-days update re-fitted the encoders re calibrated the Y and Z axis and made a few test cuts to find the post processor still has teething problems :x But it has drilled two holes and routed out a plaque. :) And I feel another bill coming. :roll:

    Hello Gareth, your plans look/sound like they are American in origin, in which case they measure their timber in board feet IE. 1 square foot of 1" thick wood = 1 board foot so 19 board feet would = about 1.6 cubic feet. nothing to do with length. as Jacob has beaten me to it!
