    Ear defenders

I have some generic yellow ones, and a pair of prohear 037 Bluetooth ones. Ive got the prohear ones linked to my phone for music, which is perfect. My brother has sets of stihl defenders with microphones and built in walkie talkie features as well as Bluetooth, but his were over 300 quid a pair 😳

    Angle brackets....

Id spend a small amount of time to fix with mechanical fixings. Outside the wood is subjected to cold, wet, summer heat and will move a bit, which will make gripfill etc fail.

    Low angle block plane

Ive got a 9 1/2 for site stuff and a rather nice old 60 1/2 in the worshop ( both stanley ) i like them because they are small and easy to knock the arris off an edge. I only have the block plane and a makita 18v llaner for site use. Ive got a few hand planes in the workshop but rarely use them...

Rout some wood then add a cake tin

😒 i love cake.... i thought you were going to have pictures of a good lemon drizzle or walnut cake 🎂 🤣 For some good banjo tunes, there the dead south and mandolin orange ( now called watchhouse because some people thought the name was racist ) or theres the carolina chocolate drops ( who will...

    Angle brackets....

I think I'd be looking to screw the framework together, 100mm screws. If the 32mm was thicker ( 4x2 ) id consider coach screws. You can use plastic packers fixed to the bottom of the frame to space it up, or get short galvanised coach screws and put some of them in, the heads are about 8mm...

    Painting both sides of MDF

Personally, for unseen areas like cabinet sides against a wall or another cab, I'd say no. You'll want to do both sides of doors though to help keep any moisture changes more constant between the two faces. ( mr mdf can still warp, especially in a door ) In terms of paint, I tend to do a primer...

    planer thicknesser

I would be looking for a second hand scheppach or dewalt / elu planer, thicknesser combo machine. Ive had a couple of the dw1150's and for the footprint/ cost balance, they are perfect for hobby and light trade use

Western Union - sending musical instrument.

Ive sent a fair few guitars.... i detuned them to make the strings slack, packed them well in a good guitar hardcase with a return label inside. Once recieved, they took the case to post office and sent it back. That case must have done maybe 10 to 12 trips around the u.k 😆 If its expensive...

Damp Problem - I'm not sure what to do...

If i understand it correctly, that internal wall is coming off a single skin external wall? If so, is there any vandex or attempt at waterproofing to stop it being wet?

    Regaining my youth

When i finished it, it looked like I'd have to take it for an s.v.a test. Then i stumbled upon a forum post whete a guy had simply taken his newly triked bike to an mot station, got it mot'd, then took the mot and insurance docs to his local dvla office and re registered it as a trike.... i did...

    Regaining my youth

Here she is: Sadly after quite a few years in storage those front forks need to be re chromed or i might get them dipped eventually. It took quite a few stone strikes at the time after the cheaply resurfaced the roads. Hope you have fun with your new toy when you get it 🥳🤠🥸

    Regaining my youth

I was always too crazy to own a bike when i was younger, i smashed up more cars than i can admit to and loved every second 🤣 After i totalled my favourite car ( 3000gt vr4 ) i went out an bought a yamaha dragstar 1100 from a guy in Birmingham who had started to convert it to a trike. I got it...
