Which screw for fixing MDF is IKEA PAX wardrobe panel

If as above, you screwed through from inside the cupboard, predrill the holes in the cupboard to the shank size, which will allow the screw to pass through the cupboard side without the threads catching, then when you tighten them up, any gap should automatically dissapear.... depending on the...

That looks nice. Do you do the cutout on your uprights by hand? I saw the previous post about a morso, but presumably that does the rails, not the stiles? Edit to add: i just googled it 🤔 looks a cool bit of kit. I had been thinking of the old green morso picture mitre jobby

    A birch ply alternative found?

General advice about choosing timber size for loft bed.

Great job @mar_tin I chucked these together a few years ago when the mrs and kids went for a day out. I had scribbled down a rough plan beforehand and had a couple of sheets of 18mm mdf.... L shape 18mm mdf legs for speed and to take down easily.... I got it done and primed / undercoat in...

    Curing oven heating

I know very little about the effects of 60° vs 30° on glue, but I'm guessing it just cuts down the curing time? I'd probably get the cheap tube heater ( they are safe ) and give it a whirl, i bought one for about 20 quid..... so it's not a big outlay. It won't get to 60, maybe 35 to 40? They...

    Decline in Valued Contributors???

When i was much younger i was on a car forum, it basically became a place for a nightly argument with the same people, so i stopped logging on. Vices

I thought this thread might be about drugs and alcohol.... never mind 😔 It looks like the front set of 'jaws' have a bar across them at the back, to act as a stop? Whereas the back pair appear to be missing theirs. Id bet if you found the proper name, cleaned it up etc, it'd go for a bit on ebay

    Can you remember.....?

The glassblowing is fascinating. I was suprised at the marble making machine, ssems obvious once youve seen it. Im pretty sure the guy who made the marble run actually lives / lived on the moors and had a couple of pieces in the mad museum in Stratford upon Avon
