    I started with a pen mandrel however now only use TBC with bushes. Pen mandrels tend to flex if to much pressure is applied.

    Loc line dust extraction for my pillar drill. Can be extended by adding adding as shown 3rd photo. Made to fit to standard wet and dry vac. Now I have the Sonic Pad prints are better and faster. This is PETG done in vase mode.

    Rust on machine tables

    Use this all the time on the beds and my planes. Apply and wipe off your tail stock will slide beautifully after application. As I use for wood I am not buying anything extra.

    Single brick garage apex tiled roof 50mm Kingsland 25mm on the garage up and over door . 5Kw Diesel Air heater brilliant had 3 years and no tool rusting like you get with a space heater. Don't even have go outside to start it,has a remote. Half an hour and up to 17° run mine on heating oil.

    Yeah know what you mean about tolerance. Nearly all mine are functional in the work shop. Producing 2 the same can be a problem. Tolerances are better now I have the micro-swiss and belted z axis.

    Yeah will agree on that but the smell is not offensive really. About to try TPU this week as it another filament that's not toxic. PETG is excellent once dialled in. And now I have micro-swiss d/d and belted z axis it's excellent.

    If you only use PLA or PETG filament it does not need to be vented. I have mine set up in a spare room and have no problem with smell either. If you intend to put this outside in a garage or similar you need to be aware of condensation on the filament.

    A friend wanted these bits printed now he as done the same me. The elbow is a standard buy from anywhere. I produced the pieces either side. Like me he is not bothered about warranty by drilling the hole. Works great using a vacuum unit not the 4".
