Just had a look at the manual for the bs300e and bs350 both support arm are the same part number on there respective parts list. Mine is 14mm dia and suspect yours is. On Alaxams thread he as the Carter RIK2 which I suspect has the same dia as ours 14mm. Need to speak to Alaxam next to confirm...
