    Bowman 135 Saved.

Part 2. The first steam showed a few issues. The level plug seal was shot, even through it was new. The gears needed tweaking to get a smooth running. Yes the boiler is angled, it is designed that way. Yes the oil tap is still in the lathe.

    Bowman 135 Saved.

This Bowman 135 was mine for £20, in a local charity shop. It was in a poor state of repair. I knew that, but I wanted something to do. The killer on this engine was the safety valve was shot. The spring was long rusted and the pin bent. Parts are available, but not in a regular supply...

The British Red Cross nd the British Heart Foundation shop do get them in. But most get binned. Go along and ask if they will keep them aside for you. Or try any charity shop. You will b shocked what they get donated.

    Wilsco Steam Workshop.

Officially No. For Fun I did. But due to the size of the burner tray it is not really worth it. The mamod Solid fuel trays are wider and will take small bits of coal or small twigs.

Thanks for the replies. It was fun, it was also a bit frustrating. But the tools all work, the fun was sharpening the dril bit on the grinder. Then for silly fun cutting wood to feed the boiler on the saws.

    Alarm and security cameras Help

In the UK ther5e is government concern on Hickvision gear. That's why they are still on MOD sites. There was a concern about wireless kit and DVR not having the default access codes changed. A very common issue. I know I find this all the time. CT 5 is more than good enough for home and small...
