    RAS does serve a good purpose for myself, I have a dado blade set at 19mm for shelf and cabinet work or whatever need requires.

    I'm fortunate to have the space. It's a storage bay which is behind a set of doors, not in the actual shop. Helps minimize the noise.

    Velcro tape? I have used the rare earth magnets before and they worked fine.

    Curious, I am guessing you are reproducing this capital on a T & M (time plus materials). If you were to give a price would you double your estimated cost ? To cover your you know what.

    Plantation Shutters.

    Oh, exterior shuttering Poplar is not the best to use! Second thought it may be fine, what about western white Cedar. Trying to think of native woods from the USA and Canada.
