The only people who notice and comment on chucking points are other woodturners, non woodturners don't give a rats arse about chucking points, they either like/dislike the piece, whether or not it has the chucking point.

Re-positional spray glue, onto the back of the paper. There are several brands available, I'm currently using the purple can from Crafters Companion. Any little residue that remains comes off with a light sanding.

I could never connect any of the Epson's I've had though wifi, so gave up, I use a usb cable and used to just take the laptop to the printer, plug in and print, but with getting a new laptop, the old one is left connected to the printer and anything that needs to be printer is put on a usb stick...

When it's running but not planing wood, I think it's no louder than my electric lawn mower, yes the headlock works, I've never had a problem with it. If for any reason it gave up the ghost, I'd certainly buy another one.

I have the Makita and a small shed, it live under the lathe and is carried outside when needed, it sits on a workmate and is quite stable unless you want to feed long heavy bits of timber through it. I chose it because it was the quietest and it has an automatic head lock.

I have the Makita thicknesser and use it outside the shed, much easier to sweep up after using it, and put the shavings in the garden recycling bin.

I would have thought a treadle fret/scrollsaw would be better than an electric one as the speed can be controlled better and is a lot slower, more like a had saw.

I've had my 730 for 6years (bought second hand) and never had any problems with the guides. The only time I've had to adjust them is when I change the blade or bearings, once they are set, they stay set.

What happens to the stuff they make, do they get to take it home?
