Sounds like a good idea Bob, I will need to talk to Incra as the three solid inserts come with the plate and we have to buy the CleanSweeps separately.
Cheers Peter
Still worth checking out our Incra plates, the 621625 was specially made for us. It comes predrilled for the Trend T11, T10, Dewalt 625 or any other router with the Trend "TBC" hole paten and with the predrilled hole for the above table raiser.
Cost wise I think you will find the Incra is...

Just watched Nick Gibbs, great to see him back to his old self, such a nice guy. First editor who came to the school, he was very supportive and fun to work with.

Check out the Sagulator below, you should get less than .5mm sag, so no need for any extra construction. It sounds like a solid Oak kitchen worktop? If in doubt put it on two saw horses to test. Personally I would happily stand on it to paint the ceiling :D...

One of my short course students has been in touch, he along with a few friends are making protective face masks for his local hospital which have been approved to be used.
We are supplying him and the group with a few Swann Morton scalpels and blades as they form part of the making process...
I offered 100 P3 face masks and 1000 disposable gloves gloves to local hospital followed by our doctors surgery, but neither were able to take them, which is frustrating but fully understandable. The local volunteers who are visiting and helping out the elderly were happy to have them, all these...
You would be more than welcome.
In the meantime this review of the FM1000 popped up last week which might be of interest. I have been in contact with Mafell to see if any 1/2" collet options might be available-who knows we might strike lucky, but it's a peculiarity of the UK market...
