    Does it have to be an Auction site? Will Gumtree be any good? When i had to sell our garden furniture last year i got more for it then in Ebay. Especially once you take the ripoff fees and paypal fees into considiration.

    I need a good quality small cordless power drill/driver to get into those awkward corners. Can anyone recommend one? Mainly to drill/drive into Oak, Iroko and Teak. Battary life is not a problem as long as it will work hard for 10 minute jobs at a time.

    Waterproof wood.

    I would also recommend teak. It also has the advantage of not splintering as much as other woods. Iroko is a good choice but does not have the resistance level to water that teak has.

    wood suitable for garden furniture

    I have had a teak garden furniture set for almost 6 years and it is still good. It has gone a silvery grey colour and we just wash it down with soap and water every spring. I have read up about teak on this and it is a really good wood for outdoor use as it has high oil content.
