    Its not suitable for purpose you can replace, have it machined or put a suitable wood face on it which will reduce its capacity slightly. It may have some flexibility so can be bent/straightened slightly but 2mm is a lot .

    If you are going to have water, main drainage and construct as habitable space just getting the ok from the guy nexst door will not be sufficient.Time to get those ducks in a row, finalise design draw plans and cost out.

    Insulation...Again!

    When i did my flat roof the min. order quantity was a major problem. Only certain sizes were on stock and could be supplied in small quantitys . If its a pitched roof just fit it between the timbers K7 . k12 for walls thick as you can fit between timbers i am sure it will be fine for roof also.

    I do not find them dim or slow to start and have had to reduce wattage in some rooms as there to bright . Morrisons and Ikea for low prices. I use the type with 3 or 4 u tubes Dimming is a problem i had dimmable wall lights in main room so obtained two standard lamps dim by switching lamps off now

    Yes.winter is here you will need a good battery when fitted make sure the charging system raises the voltage and you should be good to go.

    Router/modem must be always on. interference which may not be audio can corrupt blocks of data, interleaving checks and resends data to help line with this, doing the correct things to the internal wires reduces interference, but if the line is still seeing hits then you need a new copper pair...

    Ask them to switch on interleaving it fixed the same problem for me. I have more info on this but try the above first.

    Heating regime and the gas

    I use a programable thermostat that controls the circulating pump you set the temp for a number of times during 24hrs so you maintain those settings all year if you like it also has a week end setting to set new times and temps. you can press a button to raise or lower temp manually.

    The danger is the bed falling of the blocks/timber length. May be some ply fastened to where the headboard would fix and the two legs then fixed to the blocks/timber would hold everything in place and stand any knocks. Or make two 3 inch longer square tubes that the legs slide into if leg fixing...
