    Down lights in a bathroom

The bathroom ceiling has 10 inches of insulation over it is it ok to fit down lights and drop the insulation over them. I am concerned with the heat they give off and undecided on 12volt or mains also some would ideally be able to adjust the beam angle any help would be appreciated.

    Windows xp problem?

It had a small fit ,you can recover to a previous good condition but its minor. I think you should switch windows up date back on its mostly security and you use the net and of course you can go back if you need to very few have problems and there mostly hardware showing they need attention.

    Timber Garage Floor Construction ?

From your reply treat the first 3 feet as direct lay on concrete and have the firings made to 14 feet to level the rest it keeps it simple and inexpensive. One 14 foot 6x2 will give two firings re treat cut edges.

    Timber Garage Floor Construction ?

Your post is difficult to understand a picture may help, my interpretation is you have a 17 foot concrete floor with a estimated 1 in 40 fall so you could just live with the fall. Motor bike.

Removing plug reduces load on starter motor so it spins faster reduces volt drop and helps it to start thats my suggestion. It may then start normally once slighty warm on the one cylinder.
