Latest thing you have printed / machined / cut

After some serious spring cleaning I had an old Argos cube storage unit free so I decided to put it in the workshop. Then used boxes.py to generate some inserts and some drawers for it. Think I'm going create some stackable containers to go in a couple of them, maybe 3d print some other bespoke...

Originally I planned on using a domino in the middle of the stretchers however with the offset I struggled to line it up. So instead I used glue and a single screw in the middle, not ideal but we’ll see how it holds up over time.

Japanese inspired side table, based on designs by the wood whisperer but simplified. Need to give it a final coat of paint but wanted to see what it looked like in place.

Cnc was probably overkill for this project but want to get some more time on the CNC. Would look better with contrasting wood but I couldn't be bothered to mill up any ha.

    Awkward Space Storage Solutions?

Some scrap plywood, casters and 3d printed mounts and we have a systainer trolly. I can fit another one beside it if I rotate it sideways. Can also fit one more in front if I'm happy to slide it aside to get to the others. No decided if I'm going to add the lumber rack shelf back in yet or not

    Awkward Space Storage Solutions?

That's kinda what I'm thinking now, leave enough space at the front so I can slide them out, rotate them around, de-stack etc to get access to what I need.

    Awkward Space Storage Solutions?

Some great ideas thanks. I like the idea of having dollies with stackable boxes, I have a series of systainers I can use for some of my tools and then can make some wooden crates for general storage. The step is the big issue, I might create a small create that is the same height as the step...

    Awkward Space Storage Solutions?

In my workshop I have an alcove under where my stairs are and I wanna utilise this space better, note the shelf has since been removed. It's 1 metre deep, but due to the sloped roof it's quite an awkward space. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to best utilise this space? Idea's...

I'm not 100% but I think it might be Kiaat (Muninga), something I found on my lumber rack from a while ago that I thought would look good.

    Stock too thin for hinges

Ended up going for no hinges: https://www.ukworkshop.co.uk/threads/post-a-photo-of-the-last-thing-you-made.81798/post-1755584 Made the realisation that I designed it for 12 mm stock, decided I wanted continuous grain on all corners, which meant I had to resaw the stock. Only stock I have is...

Thanks. It's actually acrylic, did it on my co2 laser. I did attempt to do some glass panels and the etching looked decent, not quite as clean. But when it came to cutting the glass panels to size (not on the laser) I really struggled to get a clean break, so in the end opted for acrylic which...

Another gift build, something I've wanted to build for a while now. I am really happy with it, managed to get a nice continuous grain, even if it did result in stock being too thin for the hinges I ordered haha. There are things I'll do differently for the next one for sure, but I think that's...

All good, I appreciate the heads up and will do some research.

Needed to make a super quick gift for someone, saw some tea light holders that had storage for match box, thought it was a nice simple idea. Most of them were made from single bit of wood but thought I'd inject some colour and interest by using padauk(?). Few mistakes here and there like making...

MFT-style vs. Trad-style workbench design (is there a middle ground??)

Do you have any pictures you can share of this?
