OK guys just a quick update.
Circlip out, puller bought, fitted tightened, then tightened, then tapped,(walloped),with hammer, then tightened then heated then.......... still bl**dy wont come off.
So, took a closer look at the other end of the shaft and could just see a pin that appeared to hold the complete shaft in place, knocked out the pin through the small slots in the cover and out she came, wheel and shaft.
Have totally given up trying to get the wheel off the shaft, reckon I will break the flange before it let goes the wheel.
Anyway, took yet another look and could see 4 small screws that appeared to hold the cover on, great thinks I, nope, they all just turned without unscrewing, so sod it, cut the heads off and voila the cover is off and I can see how to refit the shaft before cover goes back on. Reason why screws just turned, well someone, (Kity), must think an ordinary bolt will fit into a speed clip and be able to come out again easily, wrong!
Anyway, though I'd give you an heads up on how to strip a Kity 613 bandsaw upper wheel.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
