That's ideal and one of the best things about scroll saws is you don't need loads of room to use them plus another advantage of a mini workshop is the heating costs in winter, the main thing is it needs to be comfy and decent way of getting rid of dust (a cheap fix for removing floating fine dust is something like they have in bathrooms....not a toilet lol a expelair fan fitted in the wall, they are quiet and will save you breathing in the fine stuff)
Another cheap idea is LED outdoor spotlights......I have a few inside my workshop (not the ones with movement sensors) they are 20w white light and are superb for lighting up workbenches etc and all I do is fit a normal 3 pin plug, mine cost less than a tenner and its like daylight even when it pitch black outside.
