workshop to rent on casual bae

Hello I live in Bristol, Brislington and I wonder if anybody close to me wants to rent workshop for occasional use. I will need it after mid August for small project I want to do.

I'm also in Brislington. Have you seen any places to rent locally or any idea of cost?
I'm on Brislington Hill, converted single garage (studded it, well insulated and plastered) to workshop but always toying with the thought of a proper workshop space. I'm self employed but don't not always lucky enough to get commissioned work. Please keep me updated of your progress and if I can help out at all please let me know.
