I originally built this as an office for my building business, but just as the build was finished so was the business!! DOH!
So now it's my fledgling workshop. It measures about 12.5m by 5.5m. At one end is a small 'office' and the garden storage. There's also a small loo (yet to be fitted)
Anyway, here's the pics.

Superb! and no ugly dusty extractor system everywhere!

Why would a dust extraction set-up appear ugly in a woodworking shop :?

Great space Zeddedhed but the ceilings although fine for an office would have benefitted from being higher for a workshop

Thanks for your comments guys.
Max - it was originally designed as an office space for up to six people and therefore I maximised the footprint.
Because of this I could not get the height over 2.5m at the highest point due to planning. With six inch joists and the rest of the flat roof build up the ceiling is as high as it can possibly be. I agree that it's not ideal, but in order to go higher I would have had to lose over 20sqm in footprint.
