Hi all

I, hopefully, will be completing my workshop next month and I have a question regarding lighting.

If you imagine a single garage and you open the garage door. All along the wall on your left is the router table, cross-cut saw and morticer.

In the middle is the table saw and I will also be putting a planer/thicknesser alongside it. On the back wall I have a bandsaw and drill press.

I am looking to have four double fluorescents. Is there a correct way to position them with regard to blades?

I would be grateful for any help.

Cheers
Neil

Neil Lighting is a tricky one, I'm using a single car garage like yours,

I have 3 -- 4ft Single Strip lights - These are good for giving out even light, although by themselves they are a mit dim.

I have also got spotlight bars up, these give it alot more warmth, and make it alot more bright.

You can ready my page about workshop lighting here...
