I bought (about 3 years ago) one of their Dremmel like things.
Was about £20 with a flexible shaft
Its been a great tool grab one if they are cheap

Otherwise what do they sell ? not been in there for ages

Not much, homewares, kids toys/clothes, stationary, very few garden/tool stuff

Cheap CD's and DVD's?

Sadly not, you can get mainstream stuff like this online much cheaper. What they seem to do well is cheap homewares and kids clothing and toys. Not the latest fancy electronic stuff, but general stuff such as board games, cars and the like. If you have kids or grandkids it is well worth a look if this kind of stuff is up to 50% off.

Steve.

Hi,

Popped in this lunch, 10% off Cd/DVD ques a mile long it would have been quicker to blag the stuff and do the time.

Firstly, have you just became Master Furniture maker with 1000 posts? Congratulations if so!

Secondly I went in there and got one of those in the christmas sales a few years ago for about £12 So some items were previously sold at nearly 50% off.

Simon,

I'd rather like to be a furniture maker with my woodwork skills rather than my forum posting skills. Alas its unlikely to happen  .

Second- if my boss finds out I've made a 1000 posts (all in his time!!!) I'm in deep deep

I haven't seen any of your work on the forum, well none that i can remember anyway... But if you're only posting and not making...
Why not take the plunge this year and set urself up?

This time last year I was only a bench joiner employed by a company. Now I'm well...... erm lol...... a wood worker in my spare time working from my shed! But I'm getting there. My main machine and asset is my band saw, a few power tools and a chest full of hand tools!
