After years of good work my original conveyor broke in August which lead me to buy a replacement from bnd abrasives which wasn't a great experience and it just wasn't good quality and has failed. I have tried googling but keep coming up short so if any one has any suggestions I would be very happy to hear them.

Take a look at Abtec abrasives, Custom Made Abrasive Products | Abtec
Try Axminster - Axminster Trade Conveyor Belt For AT406DS Sander - it's for their equivalent of a 16-32 Jet or Performax sander. I bought one a while back for my Performax sander and it works fine once you get it centred on the feed rollers.
