Wheel Marking Gauge

The only ones I have seen so far seem to have only one wheel

Most of the "up market" wheel gauges have an M&T attachment available.

I believe the M&T wheels that BB mentions from the upmarket models are available as spares and fit some of the less upmarket models also, but not sure of specifics.......

Check the Axminster site for Titemark gauges by LN, and Classic Hand Tools also.

I dont fancy paying £59.34 for the Titemark then buying morticing wheels

I have both Ax & Tilgear Titemark clones, the LN mortice wheels, shaft extension, and replacement wheels, which all fit OK. Ax version may not now have SS shaft as it says in catalogue (early ones did, later plated to reduce cost they said) I think Tilgear version is all stainless, but ring and check.

If you go for the axminster one be aware that the shaft is now plated rather than stainless steel (they still haven't altered the write up description).
The result is that because the lock screw is harder it marks the shaft causing it to lock or "detent" into a previous mark when you try to readjust it.
The simple upgrade is to add a nylon screw to replace the metal one.
