what's wrong with my planing technique?

Generally a nice medium dry cider.... interestingly tescos sell one called crumpton oaks. Its bottled and cheap, about 90p!!! But, at first it has a sulphur kind of taste, like strongbow but if you let it sit in a glass for an hour, it mellows into a really nice drink ( once the bubbles have gone )
if fizzy is your bag, inches is quite good, old moot and rekorderlig too.... oh and thatchers haze and the blood orange thatchers

video yourself while learning in case you come up with some good results and can't remember how you got them...per the cider prescription.
