Ooh Err Missus!

If I couldn't find a drop in replacement for the part by googling "[Bandsaw Model] Spare Parts" and looking it up on the parts diagram most suppliers helpfully provide, then I'd take your track and search for "[bore internal diameter] knob" or "[thread size] threaded knob" depending on what it is.

If only it were so simple. Bear with me I've been on the champers.

This is the rise and fall knob for the bandsaw blade cover (?). The piece to the left in the first pic tightens it up. The piece to the right and in the second pic has one flat edge when turned this raises and lowers the cover(?) guard(?). This is the piece that needs replacing.

Aaahh.....
That would be a D shafted knob, then.
I know @Jelly , it gets worse 😂 😂

What is the size of the bore?
Try searching for Hollow D Shaft Knob

Looks very similar to a pull off cooker knob which might widen your search though WDS as linked previously have a great range of products, failing that a standard knob to fit the dia of the shaft on your saw will work if you drill and tap a hole in the side of the knob then fix to the shaft with a small stud, set screw or bolt which will tighten against the flat section of the shaft.

Was just looking for grub screws to do just this.
