What brand of MR MDF?

I need some for some cupboards I am building, to be painted white, shaker style door and face frames.

I was under the impression Medite was best for nice crisp none fluffy edges etc

However everyone near me only has Caber. One guy on the phone told me it has improved and is now as good. Is he right or should I keep looking for Medite?

I usually use Caber, can't see much difference between it and Medite except its green all the way through.
