Looks like a tennoning carriage for a spindle moulder but only a guess.

It's certainly a sliding carriage of some sort. As Beau suggests, it's either off a spindle moulder, or it could be part of a sliding table mechanism for your saw. Is there any livery left on it and if so, does it match that of the saw?
Those three wheels will sit either side of some sort of track. I bet they are adjustable to eliminate play. The post bit is a hold-down.

hi alan the sliding carriage would need to be mounted a fair way from the blade for that saw it looks a lot like a sliding table that was mounted on a multico surface planer as a tenoning table you would need a pair of brackets and 2 rails to mount that on your saw .

sorry still haven,t had time to have a look at the saw and attachment yet sorry
