Just filled out an order for router bits and thought lets have a look at the clearance section and there is a set of four bits in a box that contains one of the cutters I have on my order and the whole lot was £3 cheaper than the one cutter alone, How does that work then? same quality same cutter.

I saw the same on wealdons the other day. If it was the set I looked at, they were boxed as part of a large order and the buyer didn't take the full lot. Same quality as usual but unbranded.
