Waterstones on Ebay - advice

i've got the same set as well, just add a 1200 stone to fill up the middle ground between bevel forming and polishing. can be a bit messy at times, but i'll have a sink in my new workshop. :D

Thanks - I've just looked at the Axminster set - only looking at the Ebay one as it came with the 1200. Not sure if it's essential or not.

Could be worse. You could have bought a set of three DMT Dimond stones for about £150. What a waste of money/ :cry:

Hmm, might have to look a round and see if I can get them cheaper elsewhere.

...which is only one of the reasons why I avoid waterstones like the plague...go for DMT diamond stone, much more user friendly - Rob
