A quantity of American walnut and a quantity of alcohol from a significant birthday promted a drinks cabinet to match a previous cabinet and book case
The sides are curved and made from 7 laminated staves, which were fluted prior to laminating.I didn't have enough walnut so the middle laminations are oak except for the end 50 to 75 mm.The door are fielded zebrano panels and a zebrano drawer. The back and drawer bottom is cedar of lebanon
I was warned by Custard that curves seriously increased the time. He wasn't wrong and i estimate around 200+ hours in total. I have just enough walnut left to make a small drinks table to fit in the space between the legs. In the meantime I might enjoy some of the contents.
