I assume that these are English Walnut rather than American Black Walnut? Being an avid consumer of woodworking YouTube channels I've only really come across the latter, but that's rather nice, albeit a lot more rustic looking.

Yes, some English walnut boards that were milled by me and have been seasoning in my woodstore for fifteen years or so, decided it was about time to do something with them ! :)
