Recently telephoned two members of this forum, one was in mid-afternoon, the other at 10 a.m. Both were asleep
I shan't name them because then they might come back with the stupid reasons that I called, but you know who you are. :)
My question is, what time of day are you at your best.

Me 11 a.m.

Dom

I start work at 6am so am up at 5am monday to friday. This suits me and I am probably at my best from 7am onwards. Completely knackered aftter 8pm though!!

John

In my single days I was a night person. Then when the kids came along 30+ years ago, I found it was necessary to also be a morning person. So these days I'm good early in the morning and late at night, but knackered at all times in between

Cheers

Paul

10:00 hrs. Usually sleepy by the time I've eaten lunch though

I'm a morning person - get up about 6 a.m. during the week,sometimes have a lie-in until 7 on a weekend.So at my best anytime from about 6:30.
Struggle to keep awake after 11-11:30 p.m.
Good job I don't go out much

Early, 7.00am through to 12.00. Appallingly bad around 3.30-4.00pm (circadian rhythms)

Ok Ok look , i have a new girlfriend and i'm worn out alright !
Flippin grass ! Anyway i had been to work but fallen asleep around 11 on the sun lounger .
Bet the other one was Colin C

Yes

The other one was me and on the weekend, I dont get in from work until about 6am in the morning

So I had not had that must sleep

5am wake-up for me. I don't have an alarm, I naturally wake up at that time. Weekends I force myself to lay in until at least 6:30am but am often wide awake and probably reaching for the laptop  I can't stay awake later than about 10:30pm

I hate to waste the day sleeping. That's what the night is for.
