I was given a Wadkin MJ3435 Bandsaw last year, it had a known fault in that it wouldn't always start up, I changed the capacitor and the bandsaw has worked okay for a few months and now when I press the start button it just struggles to start moving and essentially just turns over slowly. I'm wondering if the capacitor has gone again and if so what causes them to fail as I changed it like for like last time. The motor seemed to spin up to speed when I ran it without the pulley on, but it didn't want to start properly when the pulley was on with no blade in place.
