Well its all sorted now, you have to do at least one stupid thing on every restoration (hammer) . I made some guides and had a little play. I know my little startrite was good with a decent blade but this is just brilliant. I need to make a new insert for the middle now.
I got the image of the pattern shop from jack in Canada he posted it and I really liked it so saved it
