Velux window.

Hi all.

I was away last week and our builders installed a new velux window for us as part of a re-roof. I'm just in the process of tidying up and fitting the blinds etc and I've found the thing in the picture amongst the packaging.

I could wait and ask the builders about it next week but I'm curious as to what it is. Does anyone here recognise it?

Check the installation instructions if they are around. Could be they have not fitted them by yet or they are for an alternative installation or window type .
