uncoiling large bansaw blades

Sorry this has probably been done to death but I can't find any good info. I have a new 163" bandsaw with 1 1/2" and 2" blades to uncoil. As i have only had small machines up until now it has not been an issue just reversing the coil. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sounds a beast. I don't uncoil them, I let them uncoil themselves. Just toss it away from you onto the lawn and let it explode.
