This is quite remarkable!
Tribute to Nelson Mandela.

Fifty rods of steel, symbolizing prison bars, so people will never forget the years Mandela was imprisoned. The remarkable thing about this artwork is that it is only when you stand at a certain distance (which is marked) that you see him.

You really need to read 'Long Walk To Freedom', the man stands head and shoulders above most and he is so mind numbingly humble it is unreal. It takes you on the journey of his life from being born in the bush to being in prison for nearly 28 years then becoming the first black president of S. Africa.
