I've just had an email from Marches Ironmongery about training and certification to use PU adhesives, foams and sealants etc, apparently it's mandatory for all professionals from 24th of this month.

Quick Google shows it is a thing (I'm just out of touch) but I can't imagine many tradesmen will even know about it never mind bother with it.

As I read that 'marketing' blurb, all I see is hyperbole. They are making the point that using their product means that you don't need to obtain certification - - - so why are they offering 'training' ?
