Mentioned previously purchased a new engineers square and wanting to keep it handy to bench I knocked up the following mobile toolholder.
The holder was an offcut of 8x2, I put a slot each end with the bandsaw to accept blades of my engineers squares, drilled holes on top for pencils and stanley disposable blade cutter.
On the bottom I drilled holes for two dowels and on the backside of my bench I drilled two further holes to align with the tool holder.
None of the dowels are glued so storeage can be removed if full bench needed and the toolhoder should not topple over with dowels holding to place.
Lifted off dowels
under showing dowels holes
Might need to extend if I go to Yandles again later this year
