Happy to be quoted by the way and enjoying the discussion, learning a lot from it. I started out on usenet back in the day, this place is *very* tame and well mannered in comparison.

I hope you don't feel I was unfair to your post; I only quoted the bit that bothered me...

I too started out on usenet in the 90's, as a teenager who arrived during the "endless september" I got a bit of an education on the matter of harsh words, intransigent attitudes and foul language... I try to behave on the net like I would in real life these days; sometimes succesfully too!
