Guys,
I've built myself a wall hung tool cabinet with two front opening doors, which are side hung. The construction of the cabinet is just a large sealed box with the front 75mm of the case cut off to create the doors. I was in the process of hanging it on the wall this morning when I realised it was a tad to heavy so I took the doors off to lighten the lift.
Anyway, when I reinstalled the doors after hanging the cabinet on the wall I found that the base of the door where it hits the frame springs out but about 6mm. It was hanging perfectly prior to me removing the doors. I have fiddled about with the hinge a little moving it back and forth but only seem to make it worse.
The doors are 41" x 18"
Any ideas how it bring it back in line?
