Well all started well and I managed to rough out some blanks ready for drying and then final turning.
However I decided to take a piece from the dry rack and start on a vase seen in the photo, finished the outside and started to hollow out only to find it still wet and by the time I had finished roughing it out after the discovery that it was wet it had moved luckily not enough to worry about so to the drying pile it goes.
Now I will have to go and turn 4 feet for my sister from some oak which I know is dry.
