Titan Belt & Disc Sander

Hi everyone, happy new year.
Can someone help please. I have been given as a gift a new Titan Belt & Disc Sander. The instruction booklet does not indicate how to raise the sanding belt to the vertical use position. Can anyone tell me how to do this. The booklet does refer to use in the vertical position but gives no indication how to achieve it. Thank you for your time.

I fancy the Erbauer from Screwfix, but they have been out of stock for months. I have seen the Clarke CS4-6C Belt & Disc Sander at Machine Mart for £88. Anyone have a favorite. If I buy, I am certain that Aldi will come out with one for £29.
