So I decided to have a turn :lol:

sorted a 9" x 4" Sycamore blank

It had a small mark on the side :?

Thats OK I said I will turn it off

Opps , OK turn a bit more off

Keep going and

Now it fits in the bin , Just nice :roll:

All soft like porridge :?

No Paul it looked all OK , I hollowed one end and the further I went in the worse it became

Weird that the rot got inside without showing an entry point. Scary really.

Bad luck Allen, I hope that is not a piece of a large hoard you have check the rest if it is and get rid.

Leghtweeder, It's an old saying that "badness will out" so I assume it starts on the inside and works it's way out. REgards Boysie
